Mission Statement 

The JELA was founded in order to contribute to the internationalization of Aichi Prefecture through sponsoring events and promoting international and intercultural exchange that involve as many prefectural residents as possible.

・Work related to fostering multicultural coexistence and assistance for foreign residents
